Mr. Chih-Fu Weng graduated from the Department of Animal Science at Tunghai University. He previously held managerial positions at Toyo Pharmaceutical, Novartis, and Gong Yuan Pharmaceutical. He is currently the General Manager of Rotam Animal Health Limited, a subsidiary of Rotam Global Agroscience Ltd., and also serves as Deputy General Manager of Albaugh Animal Health, a U.S.-based company.

Mr. Weng has extensive experience in promoting veterinary pharmaceuticals, including products such as Tiamulin. Leading a four-member team, he has achieved an annual revenue of NT$100 million, earning him a legendary status in the industry.

Rotam's pharmaceutical business began in Taiwan in the 1950s. As of 2014, Rotam Global Agroscience Ltd. reported an annual revenue exceeding NT$10 billion and a market valuation of NT$8 billion. In addition to human pharmaceuticals, Rotam is a fast-growing multinational enterprise focused on crop protection products (i.e., agricultural chemicals).

Headquartered in Hong Kong, Rotam CropScience operates major production facilities in China and Taiwan, with business operations spanning Europe, the Americas, and Asia. The group comprises 59 branches and subsidiaries, serving more than 65 countries worldwide. Its product lines include both animal health products and plant protection solutions such as herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, growth regulators, and plant nutrients.

Mr. Weng currently continues to contribute to Taiwan's animal health industry as the General Manager of Beyond Wealth Animal Health Co., Ltd.
