Establish primary cells of fish immortalized cell lines, including the fin, heart, brain, kidney, spleen, liver, and gills of carp, tilapia, grouper, and cold water fish: trout, or sturgeon, by technique of non-genetically modified immortalizations including (1) adjustment of components of subculture cell culture medium,; (2) adjustment of subculture cell culture conditions; (3) Multiple subculture for screening adaptive cells; (4) suspension culture for screening adaptive cells. After matching with various fish virus cell tropisms (Susceptibility test), these cells are used for the development of fish vaccines, such as Koi herpes virus (KHV), grouper nerve necrosis virus (NNV), infectious salmon anemia virus (ISAV), and salmon infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNV).
