Sunny Lee holds a Master's degree from the Graduate Institute of Biotechnology at National Taiwan University. Her expertise spans agricultural biotechnology, animal science, and aquaculture.

She has served as a manager at an animal health company and as general manager at a health food company, where she developed health supplements and pharmaceuticals for humans, as well as phytogenics for animals used as feed additives and veterinary drugs.

Currently, she is the Director of Research and Development at a new drug development company. She has published five high-impact research papers.
