Visitor Information!

  • Entry is based on a “one person, one card” system. Personnel from the same company (unit) must apply individually, but multiple people can register for a visit.
  • The organizer will review pre-registrations and reserves the right to review applications and refuse entry to anyone who violates the organizer’s rules and the instructions of on-site staff.
  • Those who pass the pre-registration review should present their “confirmation letter and business card” at the on-site counter to collect their credentials and enter the venue.
  • General visitors can purchase admission tickets at the counter for NT$350 each.
  • Please present your visitor pass upon entry so that the entry management staff can identify you.
  • The transfer or forgery of visitor passes is strictly prohibited at the event. If any such situation is found on site, the event organizers have the right to confiscate the visitor pass and prohibit entry.
  • People under the age of 14 are not allowed to enter.
  • Please do not wear slippers into the venue.

Biosafety measures during exhibitions and conferences!

To prevent the spread of African swine fever, the following biosecurity measures will be implemented on-site during the exhibition and conference:

a. Foreign visitors are prohibited from entering or leaving pig farms for seven days prior to their arrival in Taiwan.
b. Do not bring pork products into Taiwan. Violators will be subject to a fine of up to NT$1 million, and will be denied entry if the fine is not paid in full.
c. Domestic visitors are prohibited from entering or leaving overseas pig farms for seven days prior to their arrival at the exhibition venue.
d. During the three-day event, the organizers will set up biosecurity tunnels equipped with disinfectant sprays and mats. Visitors are requested to cooperate by using these tunnels to enter the exhibition venue.
e. Hand sanitizing facilities are also available for visitors at the exhibition entrance.
f. Do not visit any livestock-related sites during the exhibition.

Buyer Program Subsidy

International Buyers Program - Grant Scheme

With the support of the Department of Foreign Trade (BOFT) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the 2025 Taiwan Hardware Show (THS) will launch an “International Buyer Subsidy Program” to sincerely invite outstanding international buyers to Taiwan for procurement, thereby promoting procurement opportunities and business exchanges.

Overseas buyers who pass the review will enjoy the following benefits: Up to 3 nights of free accommodation; 1 VIP buyer badge; Free shuttle service during the exhibition (round trip between hotel and exhibition hall, please contact the hotel); Free one-on-one B2B business matching service (arranging meetings with exhibitors who meet your purchasing needs).

The organizers will assist all approved buyers with hotel reservations and arrange business matchmaking meetings and factory visits. All applications will be reviewed based on eligibility and quotas, and subsidies will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
