Operating at low temperatures (below 200 degrees Celsius), it can complete carbonization in just 2 hours, solving the previous problem of carbonization furnaces requiring temperatures above 800 degrees and operating for 8 hours. This carbonization furnace product can also be optionally equipped with smoke and odor removal devices, which is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective, in line with the ESG spirit.
For agricultural waste such as rice husks, dead leaves, fruit tree branches, coffee grounds, water chestnut shells, and seafood shells such as oysters and mussels, etc… Agricultural waste can be deployed in agricultural processing sites (cooperatives, farmers’ associations, agricultural enterprises and factories), and forestry sorting sites such as (woodwork factories, resource recycling sites and composting plants). The carbonized products can be used as filter materials, air purifiers and raw materials for organic fertilizers.
